Can a Third-Party Solenoid Cause a Wiring Warning with the ESP-BAT-BT?

Yes. Some third-party 9V DC-latching solenoids may have electrical characteristics that cause ESP-BAT-BT to detect a potential wiring issue. The solenoid may still operate normally even when a warning is detected.

If a wiring warning appears when using a third-party solenoid, first verify the wiring and connections are secure, then manually run the station to confirm operation. If the warning persists but the station operates correctly, the warning may be related to the electrical characteristics of the solenoid rather than a wiring fault.
