How to Set up Irrigation using Guest Mode with the Rain Bird 2.0 App

No WiFi? No Problem!
Guest Mode is ideal for installers setting up irrigation schedules in areas where WiFi is unavailable and residents do not own the house.

  • Ready the controller by pressing the STATUS button for 2 seconds so the light starts flashing green/red.
  • Open the Rain Bird App 2.0, choose RC2, and then select Guest Mode.
  • Note that this is a “temporary mode” to access the controller physically without WiFi. You cannot access the Controller Settings or make schedule adjustments remotely in this mode.
  • You can upload irrigation templates in Guest Mode.
