Setting up Schedule Templates in the Rain Bird 2.0 App

What’s more valuable than your time…you can schedule irrigation in a snap!

  • Schedule Templates speed up the time to set up irrigation at multiple locations with the same or similar conditions.
  • You can set up multiple “templates” with your most frequently used irrigation schedules ahead of time, name them, and upload them to any RC2 controller at any time.
  • Templates can also be created and uploaded in Guest Mode.
  • During the initial programming, you can create or upload existing templates. Then, apply the template to the controller, and you’re done.

You can Apply templates after the initial setup by clicking the Program icon. Templates cannot be shared in Guest Mode now, but once saved, they can be applied using Guest Mode.
