Will My ESP-BAT-BT Controller Continue Watering When My Phone Isn’t Nearby?

Yes. Once your irrigation programming has been synchronized to ESP-BAT-BT, the controller operates independently. Your phone does not need to remain connected by Bluetooth for scheduled irrigation to run.

Bluetooth is used when you want to connect to the controller to synchronize changes, view current information, or perform controller actions.
