Internet Service Provider Change

If you change your Internet Service Provider (ISP), you should not see a change in your ability to manage your Rain Bird WiFi controller from within or from outside of your home WiFi network, as long as your router settings have not changed**.

If your router has changed along with the ISP and there is a new WiFi network name and password, you will need to update the WiFi network name and password in the Rain Bird app. See information in the below article for steps on how to do this.

**This does not apply to Satellite Internet Providers, which are not compatible with Rain Bird WiFi controllers. If you decide to use a Satellite Internet Provider then you could potentially lose access to your controller from outside of your home WiFi network.
